Classes are held weekly on Tuesdays from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm at ONCE Finger Lakes, Geneva, NY. The total course is 13 weeks, including the examination. There will not be a class on March 31st.

Examination Date: May 5th, 2026, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

Payment Options:

• $100 hold your seat.
• Once the class begins, full or partial payments can be made via check.

*In order to cover the costs of the wines, 5 students must register for classes to begin. If we do not reach 5 students, we will fully refund all students. Cut-off for refunds is 2-weeks before the class start date.
